Responsibilities
- Cold-call and prospect daily, with occasional face-to-face client visits when applicable.
- Create a book of business around your interests and creatively sell and pitch to new and prospective clients.
- Quote pricing and negotiate lanes directly with customers.
- Manage portfolio to maximize profitability.
- Communicate and honor customers through good and bad times to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Constantly find new and better solutions to provide our client with a competitive advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3-5 years of 3PL non-asset sales experience required.
- Enjoys a daily challenge with a very competitive mindset to hit goals.
- Ability to work both alone and collaborate with other teams.
- Strong active listening and effective verbal & written communication skills.
- Good time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Enjoys being part of a team and organization that really wants everyone to succeed in a fun/friendly environment and being rewarded for your efforts.
