The web app mirrors these features for browser access, ensuring a cohesive experience.
- The role involves developing new features, maintaining existing UI components, optimizing performance for iOS and Android, and preparing for future API integrations.
- The role requires strong frontend expertise for mobile and web interfaces, with some backend integration for API connectivity in the future. Specifically seeking someone with 3 years of iOS and Android development experience (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin for Android) to handle platform-specific optimizations via Expo, ensuring seamless performance on both platforms.
Currently, the role is 100% frontend-focused, centered on UI development with React Native and React for iOS and Android. In the future, API integration tasks may shift this to 80% frontend and 20% backend, focusing on REST API connectivity with cloud-based solutions.
Tech Stack & Preferred Experience:
- Frontend: React Native, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS for the mobile app, with Expo for iOS and Android development. For the web app, it s React with Tailwind CSS and Vite as the build tool. State management tools like MobX or Redux are also required.
- Backend (Future): The role will involve REST API integrations, with a preference for cloud-based technologies like AWS Lambda or Azure Functions. Tools like Postman will be used for API testing.
