The Heart Institute of East Texas (HIET) is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Electrophysiologist to join its highly regarded team of 13 physicians , which includes 7 interventional cardiologists, 4 invasive / general cardiologists, 1 EP, and a CV surgeon .
HIET, in partnership with St. Lukes Health-Memorial , has earned the ACC HeartCARE Center of Excellence designation since 2018, one of the first 10 hospitals nationwide to achieve this honor. The group serves a 12-county region with a population of 350,000, operating 10 clinic locations and practicing at 4 hospitals.

Procedures include all EP specialties , LAAO (Watchman / Amulet) center of excellence, and the newly implemented PFA program for afib ablations.
