General Purpose:
The broad purpose of lean manufacturing is to increase the value of products delivered to the customer to solve the customer's problems. Achieving this aim helps improve company's competitiveness by reducing costs. We can create more value in our manufacturing process by identifying activities that don't directly contribute to the creation of high-quality products. If we analyze every step of our production line, we can eliminate unnecessary procedures and achieve the overarching purpose of lean manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
· Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice Lean vision, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
· Ensure the implementation of Visual Management.
· Support relevant team to conduct Continuous Improvement activities such as Suggestion system, Improvement Project (IP).
· Setup and maintain standardization for all processes.
· Apply efficiently the Lean techniques to whole factory.
· Setup and control the monthly KPI and MMM report.
· Coaching and training Lean mindset for all employees.
· Attend to other department activities.
· Other duties by supervisor.
Education, Training, and Skills Required:
· Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering major or relevant field.
· Experience more than 05 years in industrial environment.
· Communicate fluently in English.
· Strong analytical, communication and computer skills.
· Positive behavior and willing to learning.
· Attention to detail.
· Lean manufacturing knowledge and 6 Sigma is preferred.
· Technical capabilities
· Data analysis skills
· Interpersonal skills
· Creative thinking, quantitative management, computer literacy.
