CS3 Photography is a nationwide photography agency based in Casselberry, FL, seeking an Photo Shoot Scheduler/Coordinator to join our team! You will perform scheduling, clerical, and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

About CS3 Photography: CS3 Photography is a nationwide photography agency based out of Casselberry, FL. Our trusted clients range from Fortune 500 companies to national landmarks & historic sites. We are the preferred photography agency for many national restaurant, retail, & hotel chains. CS3 Photography has photographers in every city and state throughout the US and Canada. CS3 Photography is looking to hire a full time Photo Shoot Scheduler/Executive Assistant (duties will be listed below) to help with daily tasks at our Casselberry based office.

MUST BE PRESENT IN OFFICE 9AM-5PM MON-FRI

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondences and other formal documents
• Plan and schedule appointments and events
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks
• Photoshoot follow ups and reminders
• Scheduling and booking appointments and photoshoots
• Working with prices for photographer bookings
• Book travel arrangements
• Local errand pickups
• Photographer Onboarding
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain Excel Spreadsheets
  
  

Who You Will Report To: Executive Management Team and/or Photo Management Team. You won't report, but will still communicate with both our client contacts & nationwide photographers.

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly: $19.50-$21.50 /hour
