What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Security Officer position at CSA Global?
Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Facility Security Officer to lead our security team and grow and maintain our industrial security program in accordance with 32 CFR 117. The candidate should be well versed in industrial security requirements and have experience partnering with internal and external customers.
For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.
How Role will make an impact:
- Ability to complete a wide variety of functions surrounding industrial security, to include security education and personnel security.
- Lead the security team to ensure the security program is compliant with government regulations to include 32 CFR 117.
- Must be able to communicate, verbally and written, across boundaries to achieve results.
- Act as ITPSO and continue to grow our Insider Threat Program in accordance with government requirements.
- Lead security education and training in accordance with government regulations.
- Create DD 254s in accordance with government requirements.
- Lead self-inspections and security reviews.
- Manage DISS, NISS, and other associated platforms.
- Lead reporting requirements and associated tools.
- Continue to develop the security team processes and procedures (including SPP).
- Ensure compliance with DCSA and 32 CFR 117 requirements.
- Continued engagement with government customers and agencies to keep abreast of continuing evolutions of security.
- Must be knowledgeable and manage CUI requirements as they relate to our contracts and government requirements.
What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:
- Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain, possess, and maintain an active Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelors Degree in related field and 1 years of relevant experience; will accept 3 years of additional work experience in leu of degree.
- Must have experience with DISS, NISS, and other associated industrial security applications.
- Candidate should have completed DCSA (CDSE) FSO Program Management course and ITPSO training requirements within six months of employment.
