How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
Data and Statistical Analysis:
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform MyNavy HR modernization initiatives.
- Apply statistical methods to analyze and interpret data, supporting process improvements and decision-making.
- Assist in creating visualizations and reports that communicate key findings to stakeholders.
Business Process Improvement:
- Support the development and documentation of "As-Is" and "To-Be" process models, identifying areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with team members to conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in the design and implementation of business process improvements aligned with modernization goals.
Problem Solving and Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address data quality issues and provide insights for decision-making.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative solutions for challenges in data management and process integration.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet project milestones and objectives.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and organized documentation of analysis results, process improvements, and project outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date records of data sources, methodologies, and tools used for analysis.

- Clearance: Must possess a U.S. Secret clearance
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and business process improvement.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., Excel, Python, R, SQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of business process documentation and improvement methodologies.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting findings to stakeholders.
