Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities :
- Assist in managing Capital and Major Maintenance projects under the general guidance of the assigned Engineer.
- Responsible for assuring compliance with contract and regulatory safety requirements on project sites.
- Create weekly reports and distribution, including commitment / invoice tracking, RFIs, and Submittals
- Support DCAS Capital Project Department report generation
- Compile and create Change Order packages for Comptroller office submission and approval.
- Manage and submit all reviewed contract document to RE and EOC for further review and approval
- Review / track progress payments for contractors
- Coordinate, review, and assess contract submittals
- Review inspector's Daily work reports for accurate reporting and timesheets
- Prepare monthly reports on the progress of assigned projects
- Provide as- needed support to all facilities.
