Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing, directing, and controlling construction jobs that the manager was assigned to look over
- Preparing construction schedules
- Providing construction budget estimates
- Monitoring progress set against construction schedules
- Responsible for providing progress reports and schedules to clients
- Prepare internal and external reports
- Planning to prevent any issues between the clients, workers, and the company
- Analyze and migrate any risks that may occur
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering
- 5 years of construction project management experience, including water & sewage industry experience
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License required
- OSHA-10
