Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Design mechanical projects
• PEER Review of projects.
• Mechanical Engineer to do design work in HVAC, plumbing and fire protection.
• Oversee the installation and operation of various mechanical systems
• Repair machine and equipment defects
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Develop and present schematic design proposals
• Identify technologies to improve operational
• Document design narratives & engineering analysis
• Construction coordination

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience
• Engineer In Training (EIT) License or Professional Engineer (P.E.) License preferred
• Previous experience in mechanical engineering; such as HVAC Systems, Plumbing Systems & Pump and water systems.
• Familiarity with stormwater pumping stations, mechanical plumbing, filtration plants, etc.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Experience and/or knowledge in AutoCAD, REVIT and Trane TRACE
