Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities :
- Lead the Surveying Team at CSA, including executing field and office work, preparing surveying plans, ROW plans, stakeouts, easements, among others.
- Prepare proposals, manage clients (internal and external) and continuously monitoring team performance and finance KPI.
- Evaluation of equipment and coordination for maintenance and equipment acquisition.
- Develop business plan for Surveying Unit.
