What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduler position at CSA Heating and Air?

We are looking for a scheduler with previous scheduling experience to manage the schedule of up to 10 crews. This is a pivotal position within the company as it is the first and main line of communication between us and our clients. This position is responsible for following the schedules in multiple builder software portals and making their timelines work with the availability of our crews. Due to the ever changing schedules in construction you will need to be able to communicate effectively and with great detail with all the appropriate parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate installation dates between crews and the builders we work with
- Create work orders
- Input all correct information needed for installation
- Prioritize tasks/requests to ensure timely completion
- Build and maintain good working relationships with each crew
- Build and maintain good working relationships with our regular clients
Job Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Good inter-personal skills
- The ability to effectively communicate in person, by text, by email, and by phone
- Smart time management
- Previous scheduling experience

Position is Monday through Friday from 7am- 4pm in person

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
