What You Will Do
- Conduct virtual property inspections using proprietary aerial imagery software to analyze residential and commercial properties: including rentals, office buildings, warehouses, and apartment complexes.
- Utilize SiteWize, our exclusive measurement tool, to assess and document property features.
- Classify and analyze exterior improvements such as sidewalks, asphalt, landscaping, and other structural elements.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to projects that impact real estate insights and property evaluations.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the real estate team and broaden your industry knowledge.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Passion for real estate, construction, or property analysis—no prior experience required!
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn!
- Familiarity with real estate concepts or property management.
- Knowledge of building construction or the ability to read blueprints.
- Understanding of accounting principles related to fixed asset management and depreciation.
