Your Role

An Enterprise Productivity Applications Strategist is responsible for shaping the future of how organizations leverage technology to enhance employee performance and drive business outcomes; identifying business needs and developing strategies for the effective implementation and utilization of suites of employee productivity applications; maintaining future roadmap based on various inputs, including stakeholder needs, market research/trends, user insights, and data analytics; driving continuous product evolution and alignment with organizational goals.

Your work

  • Market Analysis and User Research Conduct in-depth research on employee productivity trends, industry best practices, and user needs to identify potential features and gaps in the market.
  • Product Roadmap Development Define and maintain a comprehensive employee productivity applications roadmap based on user feedback, business priorities, and market trends, prioritizing features and functionalities that deliver maximum value.
  • Strategy and Prioritization Collaborate with stakeholders to translate user insights into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Product Management Lead one or more large-scale, cross-functional product initiatives for employee productivity applications.
  • Data Analytics and KPI Monitoring Track key performance indicators (KPIs) of employee productivity applications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with stakeholders to integrate the productivity applications seamlessly into existing workflows and promote its adoption across the organization.
  • Business Case Development Develop business cases to secure funding for new necessary employee productivity application initiatives.
  • Release Management Partners closely with change management, employee communications and other stakeholders to identify operational and user implications/impacts as part of release planning; responsible for ensuring operational and business readiness, and contingency planning.
  • Business Liaison Acts as the liaison between business and IT teams, representing the needs of the business while championing on behalf of the end user.

Required Experience, Education And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience in related field (e.g., Business, IT, HR)
  • 8 years experience in related field (e.g., Digital Workplace, Employee Productivity Apps, IT)
  • 8 years experience in program/project management
  • 4 years experience in workplace applications
  • Strategic Thinking Ability to develop and implement long-term employee productivity application strategies for improving employee productivity
  • Workflow Analysis Knowledge of business processes and workflow management to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Technology Trends Awareness of the latest trends and advancements in employee productivity applications and digital tools
  • Data Analysis Ability to analyze data to measure the impact of employee productivity tools and identify areas for optimization
  • Software Knowledge Deep understanding of various employee productivity tools and applications (e.g., project management software, communication platforms, document management systems)
  • Business Initiatives Strong program and business case management skills to initiate large-scale business cases for employee productivity applications
  • Problem Solving Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the implementation and use of employee productivity applications
  • Continuous Improvement Commitment to ongoing evaluation and optimization of employee productivity application strategy and roadmap to ensure they continue to be aligned with organizational goals and outcomes
