Job Summary:
As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the educational development and growth of elementary school students. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment, developing, and implementing a comprehensive curriculum, and fostering the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual development of the student. Your teaching approach should be dynamic, creative, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of children. The grade level you will be teaching will be selected based on your desire and our need.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
- Create engaging lesson plans and teaching materials that align with grade-level standards and educational objectives.
- Adapt and differentiate instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities within the K-2nd spectrum.
- Utilize educational technology and other resources to enhance classroom experiences.
Classroom Management:
- Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies and encourage positive behavior.
- Foster a sense of community and inclusion within the classroom.
Assessment and Progress Monitoring:
- Regularly assess student progress through various methods, including testing, assignments, and observations.
- Keep accurate records of student performance and communicate results to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to review and analyze student data.
Parent and Community Engagement:
- Establish open and effective communication with parents and guardians to discuss students' academic and social progress.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education.
- Appropriate state teaching certification or licensure.
- Prior experience in teaching elementary school children, preferably in K-2nd.

Physical Requirements:
