Job Description
Help Desk On-Site AV Support – Edison NJ
CSAV Systems is looking to fill a unique position in Edison New Jersey. Requirements include but are not limited to strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain relationships with high profile clients, Critical Thinking skills, ability to solve problems quickly and calmly, prioritization skills, and some technical skills or apt to learn technology. Time management, and organization are also important.
Responsibilities include assisting the Help Desk Manager in fulfilling the needs of high profile clients in an Edison NJ building. Candidate will train with the Help Desk Manager in order to learn the AV systems of the building, learn to troubleshoot systems if challenges arise, and develop the ability to support meetings for executives. Candidate will also be responsible for handling minor administrative tasks during “down time” to further aid Help Desk Manager.
