CSB Logistics is a contracted Delivery Service Partner for Amazon and we are looking for entry-level and experienced drivers to join our outstanding team. Don't have any experience? No worries, we will train you by pairing you with our best drivers and sending you on ride-alongs to learn the process. Training.

Training :

Our training is a combination of classroom and on the road. Classroom will focus on Amazon's best practices for delivery and how the delivery process happens. On the road is focused on developing skill by practicing what you have learned in class. In class training is for three days (paid) followed by one day of on road. Don't worry our process is very easy. Soon afterwards you will be placed on Training (Nursery) Routes which are easier routes allowing you to learn the process slowly. Nursery Routes are for two weeks after which you will transition to full routes. Additional DOT Training is required to drive the Amazon Branded Step Vans, and this training is a mix of online courses and in-class training. Training hours are fully paid by the company.

A typical shift is 10 hours a day, and 4 days a week is a Full-Time schedule (at least one weekend day required after training). Successful drivers will learn how to manage the pace as you gain experience.

Candidate Requirements :

Must be able to be DOT approved (current / previous medical card is preferred)

At least 21 years old

Valid drivers' license

Submit to a 5-panel drug test

Lift up to 50lbs

Get in and out of a delivery step-van several times all day

Pay & Benefits :

We start from $190 per day guaranteed ($19.00 / hr x 10hrs), dependent upon experience, with the ability to earn an extra weekly BONUS based upon your overall safe driving and delivery performance / quality.

Performance Bonus, our best drivers make up to $5000 in yearly performance bonuses

Performance Bonus are paid out biweekly but gained weekly.
