Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Performance Manager to join our team at CSB. As a Senior Market Advisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote targeted life insurance products and services in your territory.
Responsibilities
- Track and manage leads in your sales territory, closing sales efficiently and establishing long-term relationships with customers.
- Promote targeted life insurance products and services in your territory, increasing new policy buys and growing life insurance policy premiums paid.
- Understand customer needs, resolve queries, and make appropriate recommendations.
- Engage and educate prospects, upsell from our range of exciting products, and nurture, maintain, and grow focused productive business networks in assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record in short cycle selling.
- Ability to close sales and document success in outside sales, achieving targeted sales goals.
- Result-oriented, process-driven attitude with a mindset to commit to following a system.
- Ability to commit at least 30-35 hours minimum per week and use CRM platforms and associated technology enablers for sales processes.
- Eagerness to learn and grow, ability to leverage mentorship/coaching, and a go-getter enthusiastic approach with multi-tasking capabilities.
- Excellent oral and written business communication skills, strong email and phone etiquette, and excellent interpersonal skills.
