What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager position at CSC Dealer Services?
CSC Dealer Services is a Platinum Certified 3M Company that’s well known for selling and servicing Clear Shield Paint Protection Products to some of the largest New & Used Car Dealerships in the Country. We offer a World Class Customer Experience to our dealer partners by utilizing our local mobile service teams for all installs & warranty work, onsite and without any dealership personnel involvement. By streamlining the internal dealership process in the service department and adding our pre-loaded paint protection products, along with our completely customized and fully compliant addendums to all new & used vehicles to increase customer satisfaction and profitability at the dealership.

Our Ideal Candidate has:
- 3 years experience selling products or software to auto dealerships
- 3 years of auto dealership experience as a GM, GSM, SM, Fixed-Ops Director, Service Manager, or Advisor
- Understanding of auto dealership operations
- CRM Knowledge (we use HubSpot)
- Complete knowledge of your proposed territory
- Willing to travel 75%
- Previous record of success selling to franchise car dealerships, and has excellent employment references to back it up
Must Live in Territory
Once hired, all CSC Dealer Services RSM’s are evaluated by the following Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in addition to overall sales performance:
- Dealer Visits: visit dealerships within your assigned territory to generate interest, create demos and close deals
- Pipeline Management: develop a pipeline designed to meet or exceed 10X of monthly quota targets
- CRM Forecasting and Pipeline Management: maintain perpetual pipeline of deals and close at or above sales quota amounts monthly
All CSC Dealer Services RSM’s are Independent Sales Agents (1099) and not W-2 employees. The CSC Dealer Services Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role is strictly for road warriors & hunters only. If you’re not comfortable on the road, and don’t excel in closing deals, this will not be a good fit for you.
We feel that the RSM chosen for this territory should be able produce greater than $300,000 in commissions within the first year, as all Commissions are residual.
Compensation Structure:
· Salary = $36,000 per year
· Commission = 15% of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) paid residually
· Travel Reimbursement = Up to $1,500
