Overview of Role:
The CSC Leasing Executive Assistant to the President & CIO is a high-impact, trusted role that enables the executive to operate at peak performance across business strategy, investment execution, and leadership. This role is equal parts strategic support, administrative mastery, and relationship coordination.
The Executive Assistant is highly professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling confidential and complex responsibilities with professionalism and polish. This is a mission-critical role in a fast-paced, high-growth and entrepreneurial financial services and investment firm. This person anticipates needs, executes with excellence, and enhances the executive’s ability to lead the firm and support the newly elevated executive team.
This is not a typical administrative role — it requires an individual with emotional intelligence, exceptional judgment, strong business acumen, and a servant leadership mindset.
We have organized the critical skills required to be a successful Executive Assistant into four key areas:
1. Executive Operations – the ability to manage time, calendars, meetings, and agendas efficiently and with foresight.
2. Project & Communication Support – the ability to prepare high-quality presentations, capture action items, and follow through across multiple internal and external relationships.
3. Relationship Management – the ability to act as a liaison for the President, maintain professionalism with internal/external stakeholders, and facilitate day-to-day business and personal logistics.
4. Execution Excellence – the ability to complete high-level administrative tasks, manage travel and expenses, anticipate needs, and provide seamless daily support.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Executive Support
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive.
- Manage the President’s complex calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and work-life integration.
- Proactively plan and adjust daily and weekly agendas based on shifting priorities.
- Prepare, review, and revise presentations, slide decks, and reports with high attention to detail.
- Anticipate needs and gather materials for meetings, events, and strategic planning sessions.
- Track and follow up on key action items and priorities from meetings and conversations.
- Support internal and external communications, including drafting emails and coordinating correspondence.
Meeting & Project Facilitation
- Coordinate high-level meetings, prepare agendas, pre-read materials, and ensure meeting efficiency.
- Attend meetings with or on behalf of executive to capture notes, decisions, and next steps, ensuring accountability.
- Serve as liaison with internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with preparation for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic off-sites.
- Lead a variety of ad-hoc projects as needed.
Confidential and Personal Support
- Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Coordinate personal appointments, travel, errands, and calendar integration as needed.
- Assist with family, home, and gifting logistics at the executive’s request.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in finance, investment, or professional services environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong calendar and priority management for highly strategic, high-output executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage fast-moving, complex schedules and priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with productivity, project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Monday.com, Miro) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional presence.
- Strong sense of urgency, proactive mindset, and comfort with ambiguity.
