CSC is looking to expand its salesforce to address growth goals and a target rich opportunity throughout the United States. The Director will be responsible for generating new business and building/maintaining relationships across the country, with a primary focus on CSC’s key verticals. This important hire will generate equipment financing transactions, develop and maintain customer relationships, collect market intelligence, bring awareness of the company to certain regions and verticals, and help formalize CSC’s expertise in primary target segments.

Primary Responsibilities
- Generating new business opportunities by:
- Direct outreach to prospective companies.
- Building an ecosystem around CSC Leasing and developing relationships with industry influencers and the early/growth stage investment community.
- Servicing assigned customer relationships.
- Coordinating and assisting staff members in due diligence, transaction documentation, administration, receivables collection and account monitoring. Representing the company at conferences and other industry events consistent with primary duties.
- Gathering market intelligence regarding competitive developments, pricing, terms and practices.

- Minimum 2-5 years working in the investment and/or banking community, preferably with a focus on growth equity markets.
- Proven experience and success in a business development role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field is preferred
- Existing relationships and experience in the position’s geographic footprint.
