Team Opening
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering payroll data prepared and provided by our clients into our system for processing while delivering exceptional customer support.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- A willingness to learn new concepts and processes
- Previous payroll experience is not required, but a plus
- Experience with payroll service bureaus and/or UKG (Kronos) is highly desirable and will be taken into account when determining compensation
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize our payroll system to update and maintain client employee records, and enter and balance payroll data to ensure accuracy and timely payroll submissions
- Provide excellent client support via telephone and email
- Work collaboratively with the payroll team in meeting client payroll schedules and processing needs
Competencies and Qualifications
- Proficient in typing, data entry, and computer navigation
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Dependable with history of good attendance
- High school diploma, college degree preferred
- Prior experience in an office environment is required

Pay: $46,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
