Job Description:
- Manage the portfolio of private clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between private clients and the CSC offices located in the Bahamas, BVI, and the USA, ensuring efficient communication and alignment of client needs with the solutions offered.
- Ensure that the client's onboarding process is as smooth and seamless as possible, providing a positive experience from the start of the relationship.
- Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty, fostering long-term relationships.
- Monitor market trends and share insights with internal teams.
- Oversee contract execution and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
- Participate in periodic results meetings and propose improvements to meet goals.
- Lead, generate and support business development and growth expansion
- Develop and maintain a strong network within the industry to uncover new business opportunities
- Identify, create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and offering different types solutions
- Manage and progress a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Keep abreast of the market trends, landscape and changes across the region
Skills or experience:
- University degree or above in related disciplines i.e. law, accounting, business and finance.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven commercial experience in financial services industry and/or in similar capacity.
- Self-sufficient business developer/client relationship manager with deep subject expertise in industry.
- Demonstrated strengths in entrepreneurship, creativity, innovation, and resilience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Broad knowledge of corporate services businesses.
- Proven commercial development and client servicing experience.
- Excellent in English both verbally and in writing.
