CSC Digital Brand Services is seeking a self-motivated and inquisitive college student (rising Junior or Senior) to support the Knowledge Management function within the Digital Brand Services Operations Global Readiness team. This is a unique role where attention to detail and critical thinking are complemented by service and creativity. If you are heading toward a career in artifact management, technical writing, or document governance, our intern program may be just what you need to see a broad and inside view of a vibrant business-to-business company. Some of the things you’ll learn from us:
- Cataloging and auditing policy and procedural documentation
- Developing and rolling out team templates
- Management of team SharePoint pages
- Management of ServiceNow
- Change Management methodology
- Resource governance best practices
- How to lead initiatives to accelerate business growth and people development
