Position Summary:
CSC is seeking an Operations and Onboarding Senior Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on creating systems, standard operating procedures, and improving efficiency, employee engagement, proficiency, and reducing turnover and attrition. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, general learning procedures, process documentation, implementation, change management, and learning management. Additionally, this role will be responsible for enhancing employee skill levels, including both soft and hard skills, by assessing trends, documenting procedures, and analyzing data and outputs. The candidate should be able to impact changes across all levels, from entry-level to director.
Some of the things you will be doing:
- System Creation & SOP Development: Develop and implement systems and standard operating procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment to improve employee engagement and proficiency
- Turnover & Attrition Reduction: Implement strategies to reduce employee turnover and attrition
- Learning Procedures: Design and execute programs to ensure employees are well-equipped with necessary skills and knowledge
- Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes and procedures
- Implementation & Change Management: Lead the implementation of new processes and manage change effectively within the department
- Learning Management: Oversee the development and management of learning programs, ensuring continuous employee development and skill enhancement
- Skill Improvement: Enhance employee skill levels, including both soft and hard skills, by assessing trends, documenting procedures, and analyzing data and outputs
- Impact Change: Drive impactful changes across all levels of the organization, from entry-level to director
- Operational Support: Provide support to the Operations and Onboarding department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Project, and others
- Learning & Documentation Skills: Proficiency in general learning procedures and process documentation
- Change Management: Strong skills in implementation and change management
- Learning Management: Experience in developing and managing learning programs
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
