Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Position Summary:
Our Funds area is seeking an experienced professional with 5 years of experience in operations and onboarding to support key business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, data interpretation, and onboarding success. This role is critical to our organization, focusing on evaluating large -scale information, managing essential projects, and ensuring seamless client integrations to enhance operational efficiency. This role will report into the Director of Onboarding and Operations.
Some of the things you will be doing:
- Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement through data management
- Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients, where applicable
- Collaborate with team members to collect and interpret data
- Clearly communicate expectations with key stakeholders
- Use graphs, infographics, flow charts and other methods to visualize data results
- Develop, manage, and display KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data and business performance
- Structure large data sets to identify trends, find critical information and prepare trend analysis, and improve operations and client success
- Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings, present solutions and key business improvements based on reporting
- Support the planning, development and delivery of broad project management assignments as directed by your leader
- Work with internal teams to support and/or manage client integration efforts for the business
- Update and maintain integration and migration project plans which includes identifying the necessary resources & proactively planning and monitoring all integration and migration tasks
- Provide operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, improving processes, etc.
- Monitor, improve, and evaluate projects, as assigned
- Develop and document SOPs for all projects and tasks to help with improving operational performance and client success
- Analyze project data and produce and implement insights to optimize performance
- Identify problems and shortfalls and propose solutions
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation and reports
- Develop an extensive working knowledge of CSC’ technology platforms and services to assist in more effective delivery of data that supports the business unit’s objectives, be adaptable to changing platforms and help with s of software and migrations
- Internal responsibilities (filing, status reports, time tracking, etc.)
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Proven experience in managing projects and analyzing large quantities of complex data
- Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance operations through data mining and analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
- Superior written communication and business presentation acumen
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or a related field
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Project, and others
- Future-focused and solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Willingness to be challenged and work efficiently and effectively while remaining agile and adaptable
