Position Summary:
The Senior Marketing Specialist role is crucial in driving the development and execution of effective marketing strategies that align with our FCM business objectives (focused primarily on Capital Markets). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing within the financial industry or a related field, with a proven track record of crafting impactful marketing campaigns.

- Be directly involved in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.
- Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize marketing efforts, and ensure maximum ROI.
- Bring creativity and innovation to the forefront by implementing marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and strengthen brand presence.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, SEO, PPC advertising, and email marketing strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing campaigns and events within set timelines and budget constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
What technical skills, experience and qualifications do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
