This role requires someone with a business & accounting background as well as strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative expertise and customer support experience, ensuring that our business development initiatives align with the overall goals of the organization.
Duties
- Processing of bi-weekly payroll & monthly client invoicing
- Accounts receivable collections
- Office management
- Human recourses
- Processing company bills
- Project management & scheduling
- Workload scheduling & planning
- Project administration & permitting assistance
- Regular website & social media updates and improvements
- Preparation of monthly newsletters
- Drafting proposals & statements of qualifications
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to business development, including calendar management and office management.
- Coordinate communication between departments to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Utilize phone systems & virtual meeting software for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer support to ensure client satisfaction throughout the business development process.
