Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess strong mathematical skills.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members
- Process member transactions accurately using cash handling procedures
- Assist members with loan origination and account management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members to ensure satisfaction
- Operate a cash register and perform retail math calculations
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry
- Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in customer relationship management is preferred
- Familiarity with banking operations and procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in cash handling and 10-key typing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.64 - $17.32 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
