We are seeking a dependable and experienced Exterior Building & Property Maintenance Working Supervisor to oversee and perform a variety of maintenance tasks that keep commercial properties in top condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general building and property maintenance, with expertise in areas such as painting, pressure washing, asphalt and concrete repairs, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and actively participate in exterior building and property maintenance tasks.
- Perform and oversee painting, pressure washing, asphalt and concrete repairs, and general upkeep.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and property managers as needed.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper use of materials.
- Address maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in exterior building and property maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of painting, pressure washing, asphalt/concrete repairs, and related tasks.
- Leadership experience with the ability to oversee and motivate a small team.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different job sites.
