Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal operation and appearance of shopping centers. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of shopping center facilities.
- Perform repairs and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and management.
- Maintain and update maintenance records and logs.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of events and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and address maintenance needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of exterior building, shopping center and general maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
