Human Resources Manager
Compensation Salary Range: $65,000 - $68,000 Full-time Exempt

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead talent acquisition, HR functions, and office management to support our expanding market in Las Vegas. This critical role ensures seamless recruitment processes, efficient HR administration, and smooth office operations to support our growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in talent acquisition, human resources, and office management, coupled with outstanding leadership and organizational abilities to drive our team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to fulfill staffing needs promptly.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to respond quickly to clients’ requests.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and VPs to address recruitment requirements and staffing strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all CSG company policies, employment laws, and safety protocols.
  • Oversee HR functions, such as processing new hire paperwork, completing I-9 verifications, PAFs, and other tasks.
  • Address team member concerns and resolve issues promptly or seek support from the appropriate department at corporate office.
  • Conduct basic orientations and training on company policies, time-keeping, safety procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Provide and track uniforms, instructions on timekeeping apps, and team member photos for ID badges
  • Oversee administrative functions of the Las Vegas office, including managing office supplies, uniform inventory, and equipment.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and appointments to support TA/HR tasks in NV.
  • Supervise the office TA/staff, if applicable.
  • Prepare and submit reports on office activity, and staffing levels.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance requests and liaise with vendors for office-related services.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all administrative, TA and HR in the Las Vegas region.
  • Actively participate in required meetings, including Talent Acquisition, HR, Safety Council, and Business Development Council, etc.
  • Foster open communication with Management, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Safety, and Marketing departments to address any issues or updates.
  • Provide guidance and support to new staff members on hotel policies, grooming standards, safety protocols, and timekeeping procedures.
  • Create a positive work environment that enhances employee morale and retention.
  • Act as a role model and mentor, promoting a culture of professionalism and excellence in alignment with CSG Mission and core values.

Knowledge/Critical Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in hospitality, Talent Acquisition, HR, and office management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in using ATS platforms like Workwave.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Office 365 Suite.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • Must pass a background check.

  • Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
  • Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery and be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Be able to work in internal/external environments

  • Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, walking, stooping, handling, and moving objects up to 25 lbs.
