As a core member of the executive leadership team, the COO will work alongside the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Financial Officer to lead cross-functional operational areas including:

Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse business functions
- Proven experience overseeing P&L responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style
- Minimum 10 years in a senior operational role within industrial automation, robotics, or material handling industries
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, or Business Management
- Skilled at-risk assessment and mitigation
