CSG Talent is partnering with a leading construction and civil engineering company to recruit a skilled Project Manager for a major Wastewater Treatment Plant project in Northern California.
This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of one of the company's key projects in their fastest growing division, where you will lead the planning, execution, and completion of water and wastewater construction projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and alignment with project goals.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting milestones, budget status, and potential challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
You will require a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the water/wastewater construction industry, is also necessary. Additionally, a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish in a fast-paced construction environment is required. PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications are preferred.
