Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative design solutions for large, complex healthcare facilities.
- Assist in all phases of project development, from conceptual design to construction documentation.
- Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions, ensuring functionality, sustainability, and user-centered solutions.
- Prepare presentation materials and participate in client meetings, gaining exposure to client interactions and project management.
- Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders, contributing to a collaborative project delivery process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 0-3 years of professional experience in architecture (healthcare experience is not required).
