Your Role
You'll be responsible for overseeing maintenance and project execution across our plants, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and quality. Your primary objective is to develop a skilled, engaged maintenance team to support high-quality, cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily and weekly team meetings covering safety, equipment, and processes.
- Review and refine job plans, prioritizing labor and parts for efficient task completion.
- Plan and schedule preventative and predictive maintenance.
- Maintain and organize the storeroom, shop, and CMMS.
- Use SAP to manage work orders, track inventory, and train staff on system usage.
- Build strong working relationships with Operations personnel.
Requirements
- OR Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience.
- Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- SAP experience and team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of production operations and ability to read PI&D and technical manuals.
