Process Engineering Manager
CSG Talent are collaborating with a key partner of ours to identify a technically strong Engineering professional who is currently based, or looking to relocate to, the Lenexa, KS area. The role would operate autonomously as the lead technical figurehead for all things Process Engineering.
Our partner pride themselves on being a long-established business in the Kansas area. With over 75 years operating in the design and manufacturing of water/wastewater treatment and pumping systems.

Day to day overview:
- Review specific job requirements and execute recommended process system engineering requirements
- Develop calculations and process models to be used in engineering and manufacturing processes
- Train sales, engineering staff and internal stakeholders to ensure process designs & concepts are known
The ideal person:
- Minimum 5 years of experience within wastewater process design engineering
- Proficient user of Biowin or Sumo software
- Foundation of experience in Wastewater
