They will also be able to read blueprints, architectural, and structural drawings, as well as perform accurate take-offs using on-screen software.
This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong conflict-resolution skills, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
