Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and alignment with project goals.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting milestones, budget status, and potential challenges.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience preferably in the water/wastewater construction industry is also necessary. Additionally, proven track records of managing projects from start to finish in a fast-paced construction environment are essential. Preferred qualifications include PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications as well as strong leadership and team management skills.
