Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record within the Heavy Civil construction sector?
CSG are partnered with a top 10 ENR ranked Colorado construction general contractor, who are rapidly expanding their infrastructure division with a number of outstanding projects in the areas of Transportation, Water/Wastewater and Land Development.
Our client is looking to hire a Project Manager local to Denver, Colorado to be responsible for a number of key infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project team, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure the successful completion of construction projects.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor the progress of construction work, resolve any issues, and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Conduct risk management and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Project Manager in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar tools).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
