Our client is rapidly expanding their Water / Wastewater division and is actively recruiting a Project Manager for a major Wastewater Treatment Plant project in Northern California. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in one of the company's key projects in their fastest growing division.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of water and wastewater construction projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow and alignment with project goals.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting milestones, budget status, and potential challenges.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence.
