Sr Project Manager for a Commercial Roofing Business in VA.

CSG Talent are working with a Commercial Roofing company that operates regionally in VA who are looking to add to their operations team in the form of a Sr. Project Manager, who in time will ascend to an Operations Manager within the business. This role offers the opportunity to work on signifcant Commercial Roofing projects within a business that has had a presence in the region since the early 1900's.

Role Overview:

• To ensure the completion of projects on-time and within budget.
• Manage the project budget & prevent overspending to maintain a healthy margin on work completed.
• Manage the production of the roofing crews with 3-4 concurrent projects being worked consistently.
• Schedule the work of the roofing crews to ensure adequate resource allocation.
• Maintain continuity in the quality of work completed by the business.
• Communicate project timelines with clients, resolve/troubleshoot any issues which arise during the project.
• Maintain or improve the safety standards and processes within the business.
• Oversight of sheet metal fabricators for projects with custom requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5 years experience in the Commercial Roofing industry.
• Project Management experience.
• Evidence of the capability to oversee multiple projects at the same time, with success.
• Reasonably clean driving license due to works van access.
• It would be preferred if the candidate has experience in managing sheet metal fabricators, but not essential.
