Our client are a leading provider of mineral processing and material handling equipment, specializing in delivering innovative solutions to the mining industry. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Site Account Manager to manage sales and client relationships across the North West USA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with key accounts within the Iron Range mining sector.
- Drive sales of mineral processing and material handling equipment by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring they select the best solutions for their operations.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers while maintaining company profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing after-sales support.
- Regularly visit client sites to assess equipment performance and identify additional opportunities for sales and service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, service, and engineering, to support sales growth.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mining, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of sales experience in the mining, material handling, or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of mineral processing equipment and mining operations.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Iron Range region.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
