Job Overview :
The Technical Program Manager will oversee major technical programs in data center construction (colocation and hyperscale builds). The role combines project management, communication, and coordination across internal teams and external partners. You'll manage programs from start to finish, driving innovation and efficiencies in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Management :
Oversee technical programs from inception to completion, including planning, approvals, and execution.
- Coordinate internal teams (sales, procurement, engineering) and external partners (architects, consultants).
- Track design status, cost models, risks, and overall progress.
- Assist leadership with innovative solutions for program tracking and project optimization.
Technical Support :
Support cost modeling for market entry and new construction projects.
Collaboration and Oversight :
Work closely with procurement, finance, and delivery teams to optimize schedules and costs.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of design or project management experience in data centers (preferred).
Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, BIM 360).
Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
