The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to drive sales of advanced laser and energy-based medical devices. This role is ideal for a proven medical sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, understands the aesthetic and medical device market, and can develop strong relationships with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Identify, target, and engage key decision-makers, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spa owners, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and ongoing support.
- Manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to ensure effective product positioning and customer engagement.
