The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to drive sales of advanced laser and energy-based medical devices. This role is ideal for a proven medical sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, understands the aesthetic and medical device market, and can develop strong relationships with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Identify, target, and engage key decision-makers, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, medical spa owners, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and ongoing support.
  • Manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and post-sales support.
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to ensure effective product positioning and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to optimize territory performance.

Who We're Looking For :

  • Proven experience in medical device or aesthetic sales (capital equipment sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong hunter mentality-able to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Experience working with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals in a consultative sales approach.
  • Ability to present, educate, and train customers on medical technologies and procedures.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
