Role Overview :

You will work closely with our leadership team to expand our footprint and achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to generate new business in the janitorial sector.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients, including commercial, industrial, and institutional accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term agreements.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For :

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in janitorial services or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of the New York and Long Island market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales targets.
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships and driving growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
