Role Overview :
We are working with a client who are seeking a Director of Network Development to drive the expansion of a clinical trial site network. This role will identify, recruit, and onboard new sites and investigators, focusing on high-growth geographies and therapeutic areas. The ideal candidate will develop strategic partnerships, ensure network performance, and support trial success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute growth strategies for site expansion.
- Identify, recruit, and qualify clinical trial sites and investigators.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (investigators, site managers, institutional leaders).
- Oversee site qualification, onboarding, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor site performance metrics and optimize recruitment strategies.
