Job Description
With minimal supervision, oversee and optimize assigned operations, including MIS customer service, IT infrastructure support, and communications. Supervise through MIS Leaders, Sr. Supervisors, and Supervisors.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement tactical and strategic objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring high-quality MIS services and project execution.
- Provide administrative and technical guidance; enforce policies and procedures.
- Oversee hiring, performance management, and corrective actions as needed.
- Plan and forecast budgets for staffing, resources, and capital projects.
- Coordinate and manage project plans, cost estimates, and departmental collaboration.
- Communicate with MIS Managers, Site Management, and other departments to address IT needs.
- Review and recommend improvements for Capital Improvement Plans and IT infrastructure.
