Team Captain- Night Shift

We are looking to hire a Team Captain for the Night Shift who will:

• Manage Workload to meet contractual SLA’s.
• Work with production staff to ensure all processes are being followed correctly.
• Serve as the focal point to give detailed explanations on the intricacies of and insert machine and hat it takes to process an order.
• Handle daily assignments, issues and situations in the absence of the supervisor.
• Take the lead in the success of the department by advising on new products and/or product enhancements or improvements.
  
  

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the Inserting Industry,
• Are dependable and are open to working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule of 6 PM - 6 AM, including some weekends and holidays. Overtime opportunities are available.
• 12- hour Rotating Work Schedule Example: Work 2 days then you get the next 2 days off. Then work the following 3 days then you get the next 2 days off
• Can use a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Have the experience to assist with training new hires as business needs dictate.
• Willing to meet or exceed attendance expectations and be open to working overtime if needed.
• Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift. Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Can perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Proficient in English in a business environment.
• Can successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Position Pay Range:

$20.35-$32.56

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
