What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital/Creative Project Manager position at CSI Companies?
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager / Project Manager to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage creative projects that support our client’s in-house agency communications plan. This individual will work closely with the Creative team, ensuring successful translation and execution of creative ideas. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. As a key representative of the In-House Agency, the AM / PM must be calm under pressure, knowledgeable of the creative workflow, and capable of solving problems efficiently.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage projects aligned with the yearly Comms plan, covering both local and national needs.
- Collaborate closely with the POP (Point of Purchase) Channel Lead and production team to ensure creative assets ship chain-wide to all Chick-fil-A restaurants for each campaign.
- Work with Channel Leads for social / digital owned channels such as web, app, national CRM, and social media.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of projects on the creative and production calendar, ensuring timely communication and updates on project statuses and schedules.
- Establish and manage timelines, proactively breaking down projects from briefing to delivery, and ensuring all interim tasks are clearly outlined and communicated.
- Keep team members informed of daily tasks and adjust workload as needed to meet deadlines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with legal to ensure all creative revisions are incorporated and proofs are accurate.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the Creative team, providing clear and concise feedback.
- Coordinate production needs, including scheduling photo shoots.
- Track asset completion and manage project data in asset trackers.
